Booking and your health information
Online scheduling and insurance are handled through Headway, a separate service, by following the "Book Online" link on this site. When you use that link, you leave this website and any information you enter is collected and protected under Headway's own privacy practices and terms. The protected health information involved in your actual counseling care is kept separate from this website and is governed by HIPAA and our clinical privacy practices, which we provide to clients directly as part of beginning services.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts so the pages display properly, and the homepage includes a self-hosted background video. We do not build a profile of you or follow you around the web.
Links to other sites
Some links on this site take you to other services, such as Headway for booking. Once you follow a link to another website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any site you visit.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking counseling services or seeking care for someone they are responsible for. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website. Counseling for minors is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.
